yesterday the kids started making "waterways" in angie and adrian's side yard. today they had no choice but to continue them at our house. i was a little hesitant at first and the thought of taking apart my nice even gardens scared me a little but i gave in. the result was really cool and i have to admit that i like it so much i am trying to find a way to make it a permanent part of our garden. jason also added this really cool stick structure.
ben insisted on being part of the fun and once he was geared up we let him loose. he sat right in the puddles and the waterway filled with mud. he loved the new structure and experimented with the bark on the sticks. he loves mud.
